I left my Jeep with AAMCO after I had been dealing with what I thought was a transmission issue for quite some time. Kim and her technician were quick to find the real problem with my car. After a diagnostic test they determined that it was not my transmission after all! After a quick tune up my car was running perfect! I appreciate their honestly so much, I could have just been charged for a new transmission. Thank you kim and AAMCO team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ask for Kim and she will take great care of you.
Cheapest place to get your transmission fixed properly! Had a manual transmission break at the neck they replaced it but one year later clutch was having problems they fixed it again and no cost to me even though the problem wasn't from what they worked on before even! They are the best!
Our truck transmission went out on our way to drop our daughter at college over a weekend. No place was open. We had it towed to Aamco in Santa Cruz and made our way home. Left them a voice mail so they knew what the truck was doing there. Spoke to Kim on Monday and she was so very helpful! I can not say enough about the help and service I received from a distance. Kim kept in touch with what was wrong, sending me pictures and repair options. They rebuilt the transmission and we got it back a week later. Just a wonderful, helpful place. I wish they were closer, I’d use them for anything I could!! Thank you to everyone at Aamco Santa Cruz.
I feel like my experience at aamco transmission in Santa Cruz Ca was a life saving one. Kim was such an amazing person. She gave me a great deal with a good warranty. She communicated with me throughout the whole process. She was kind, accommodating and most of all honest with me. I found her trustworthy cause everything she said was exactly how it happened. My entire experience was superior. From the moment I called to make an appointment (in fact, I requested my appointment on line), the call back, the professionalism, the explanation of what needed to be done were all super great. When I went to get the car, at the time promised, it was ready, The staff was supportive to my questions and the mechanic came and talked to me, as well, as a courtesy, not a forced requirement.
