Zack was very helpful and professional getting a new transmission into my truck
Kim and Zach at AAMCO are the absolute best!!! My truck was acting up right as I was getting ready to leave for a long road trip. I called down to AAMCO and spoke to Zach who Initially told me that they wouldn't be able to look at my truck until the following week because they were so backed up with other jobs. When I explained that I was leaving that coming weekend for a long road trip, he insisted that they would squeeze me in on Friday before I left. After inspecting my truck and transmission fluid, It turned out that I needed a complete transmission service Which takes about 3 1/2 hours to complete. I was worried they wouldn't be able to finish that day and I had to leave the next morning for my trip, but Zach assured me they were gonna do everything they could to get it finished. By 4 o'clock Friday afternoon, my truck was finished and running great!!! The customer service at AAMCO is some of the best I've ever experienced at any mechanic shop. I will be taking my truck there for any, and all transmission needs in the future. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE!!!
