They were so kind, understanding, reassuring, and fixed my problem in under 5 minutes. Other shops were telling me the issue may take hours, that a diagnostic may be needed. I pulled into the shop, was greeted with smiles, and left with a fixed trunk latch. Will be returning with any of my car troubles in the future
I would recommend AAMCO transmissions. I had my car towed there and as soon as they got it Zac called me. Zac was very helpful he would call everytime he had questions about my car. He also called to give me updates. My car runs better than it ever has.
Zach and Kim were professional, honest, and quick to work through the problems with my Jeep transmission and additional issues that were found during inspection. I highly recommend them for their customer service and their prices and options are very fair. The work in replacing my transmission was a quick turnaround for how many vehicles I had seen being worked on. Also, the mechanics did a wonderful job. I will use AAMCO as my go to shop and will recommend them to my family and friends.
Amazing Establishment. Zach is extremely helpful and Kim is Amazing. I've been taking my Car there since Summer of 2025. If your searching for reliable mechanics and honest service. AAMCO in Santa Cruz is the best shop in town. And the service is fast. Extremely professional and I will continue taking my vehicles there.
